@klond and myself created a Video with "Kayak Racing" and the Location I chose for the filming is a really beautiful place I found on Kerbin. Which was given the name "Kayak River" by: @Hotel26 It was his idea to start naming locations found by other explorers after seeing @purpleivan finding the place after some simple directions were given. Things kinda launched from there.

I think our Kayak Club Originator should make that decision ( @Hotel26 )

How about adding the Coordinates after the Fifth Explorer establishes his findings?

@Hotel26 All judgments are in! I agree with @purpleivan in this matter of location identification and rule in favor of it. "An image we can see at a scale of feature more suited as a Kayak Club location as section of significance, not an entirety" Example: There are a few areas of the North Pole and South Pole that could be claimed, rather than claiming the entire area. ( @Koolkei's 2nd location "the iceridge" may well stand as a suitable location for the purposes of Kayak Club) I also agree that we do have enough evidence here for this Deep Ice Ridge to be claimed. It was significant enough that another Explorer could find it's location and it appears not to be just a common site.

I like this idea, and we are early into this Kayak Club. No one has made any maps that I know of for this.

In search for Iceland! Also I've been tweaking this craft I named Sonic 7 but not sure about that name yet, maybe Sonic One or Sonic 71....eeehh not sure. Oh look up ahead in the distance, is that Iceland? While screaming pass it doesn't look like Iceland so maybe this can be "Iceland Too"? Another small Island covered in snow ahead, could it be???? Aaaah! it is Iceland.... Maybe shoot a picture from a higher altitude so we can have a better idea of the size.

Space Dock Azimuth Update: 02.27.2020 So many attempts, so many failures, I've even almost threw in the towel on this project. But after all these struggles I'm finally seeing some progress here and the Kraken didn't like it so I'll have to start from the most recent save, thank you KSP for that. I have to admit @Kerbalwerks got me pumped up to revisit this project yesterday. His Dock is looking amazing. Also I couldn't post yesterday because the image sharing site I use was having some Kraken trouble themselves it seemed. The OP of the Project where the idea began November-ish of 2018. I think this is my largest project to date and the part count is getting very high, I may get that total and post it at a later date. It was lookin' so nice here After many different approaches that were tested, getting the section close to the Space Dock then making a maneuver around to the rear of the section I am docking is working best. To avoid hitting the docking ports too hard I released the section just before contact to allow it to connect with its own weight. Here the Kraken decided to shake it violently until it hurt my feelings....lol We know these things happen so I always try my best to remember hitting the save key often during these huge projects.

Today I released Mini Tank, the latest addition to the Kerbin Mini Military. The only one not release in this picture is the Mini Mitchell

Mini Tank is another addition to the Kerbin Mini Military. The Tank has a Functional Turret and only one shot so make it count…..lol I have plans to do a Video at a later date with the complete Mini Military when I finish the series. Adding a Tank to my Kerbin Mini Military. It's got a working Turret, no projectiles. I'm still tweaking the looks a little before releasing it. I might change some parts around to make it look cleaner. Wasn't planning to update it so soon but here some tweaks I made.

This is one of the most amazing projects I've ever seen on KSP!

Any other ideas out there for the name of this Island? I'll start a poll after we get a few names in the Hat and we can go from there

That's all part of the fun! I'm sure I spent weeks with my first Aircraft build. Once you get one flying it will be soooooo satisfying. This is what makes KSP so much fun. Next you will want to put something in Orbit, then you'll want to land on the Mun. Check out some Videos on youtube, lots of us like Scott Manley's stuff for some good 101 crash courses

I flew 135 off the runway and ended up next to Kayak River and you can see these Sand bars, not sure if this is the place @Klapaucius is showing here?

I believe we are all familiar with this Island. I don't think anyone put claims on it yet, I'll call it "Target Island" I'm sure everyone knows how to find it! "Target Island" Managed to land on it somehow

Today I found a Tiny Gap for a Tiny Bridge! Maybe a good place for a place called Bridge City?

Not sure why it seems more engines and weight is better then higher speeds when scoring? I may be misunderstanding something here but here's what I have with my Mini SR-71 617.9 (1.726) = 533.2477 2 Mini SR-71

Don't beat yourself up too much with it. I can make it look as functional as possible for the video and leave out any kraken attacks.

This may have been caused when the Forum was upgraded
