KSP Loading... Preview: Breaking Ground - NEW SUIT!
Salmon replied to St4rdust's topic in KSP1 The Daily Kerbal
I think the KSP servers are going to crash with so many downloads when breaking ground is released. -
On May the 15th, my dad is going to notice $15 gone from his bank account.

Let's welcome St4rdust, our new Community Manager
Salmon replied to UomoCapra's topic in Welcome Aboard
Welcome @St4rdust! Interstellar? Yes yes and yes. This is going to be good. -
I have a request - make the MiG-105 "Spiral" spaceplane. It was cancelled fairly early on in the development to go down in history as the Soviet equivalent of the Dyna-soar.

What feature do you want for 1.8?
Salmon replied to KingKerb's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Maybe making Kerballed rovers more useful too. -

Salmon replied to KingKerb's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
What counts is how Kerbal it is, not how overkill it is. -

7.5m parts (10m for making history). It's not much to ask for! -
Speaking of oceans, could you please make the sea dragon? Sorry if this is too hard. Thanks!

KSP Loading... Preview: Advanced Maneuver Mode
Salmon replied to SQUAD's topic in KSP1 The Daily Kerbal
All ready?! Great work Squad! -
Today I was reading "Voyage," and it mentioned using a "Saturn V-B" rocket. After doing some research I found out it was a real (cancelled) rocket! Does anybody know some information on it? Diagrams and pictures would be much appreciated.

I've tried and failed many times. Also, is Jeb in a re-entry capable spacecraft? If he is you can retroburn using his jetpack, since the EVA propellant will be full whenever you enter and then leave the capsule.

Don't worry, it's not a dumb question. Prograde is this marker: . It is the direction that you are moving in. For example: if you launch a rocket straight up, its prograde position should be straight up (not exactly, but that's another topic).

Wow! Rendezvous already?! Jeez...

Today (well, yesterday actually) I managed to design a rocket that can launch this thing elliptical Kerbol orbit. I'll update it soon.

Part ideas for KSP
Salmon replied to FoxTrotGaming76's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
A small, heavy capsule with high crew capacity would be useful as escape pod. It would have to have some limitations though, like low battery, no RCS thrusters, no monopropellant and a weak R̖̫͍͉͎͋͛̀͐̾̽̇e̝͉̥̼̱͔̾͑̊͘̕͟͟͝a̶̧͉͎̟͙̗̒̎̉͊̽͠ͅͅc̶̣̤̼̰̾̿͛̊͜͝͠t̡̫͖̠̫̙͎̮͔͑̇̋̊̋̆̕i̴̛̖̬͔̝͇̖͐̒͊̏͝ͅó̴̢̧̹͓̯̠͓͍͒̔͊͘͢n̷̨̡̙͙̜̪͒̈̀̏̒̇̀̕͟ h̜͉̮̗̓͌̓̓̔̇̕͝͝ͅw̛̝̙̘̣͙͖̰͖̐̐̈́͒̽̅̄ͅe̵̛͔̰͔͕͍̺̘̣͈̗̒̓͛̋̿͠͞ė̡̻̪̪̭̑͒̂͝͠l̷̛̹͕̹̝͈͌͗̄̅́̆͠s̡̫̞͙̹̯̞̬̫̞̑͛͋̀͂͡, since that would otherwise be overpowered. Moar boosters would be good, I would like to see some accurately-sized space shuttle ones soon. -
What's the worst, most foul forum post you've had to deal with (that is still suitable for the forums)?

No! I am disappointed in you! You betrayed me! I thought you were my fren!

It is scary news at first, but it isn't that bad after a bit. Take my dog for example - he's had a bajillion cancers lumps cut out him, but all the cancers have been only first-stage. I still wish you luck and hope that the treatment goes well.
