  1. Well, a very „famous“ error is „NullReferenceExpection: ...“ or something like this and it is in red letters.
  2. The devs improved the performance with some updates between 1.0 and 1.10.1, so a newer version might help. If not, take a look at the console (Alt + F12). Lags are sometimes caused by a lot of errors.
  3. Visual mods are bad for the frame rate. They use a lot of ressources. The other mods shouldn't be problematic, but make sure you install them properly. Some mods (maybe EVE too) need other mods to work. I use a tool called CKAN that helps to install and manage the mods. If you select a Mod in CKAN, it will also automatically select the mods that this mod needs to run. Check it out, it makes your life a lot easier. If you aren't close to the station, the game doesn't load the station. But when you get close enougth, it does. And this means it has to simulate all the parts of the station too, which means a lot of work to your processor. If it is a big station with a high part count, it isn't unusual that the game slows down a little bit, but this frame rate you described doesn't seem normal to me. How much parts does your station have?
  4. This shouldn't be needed because we're at least 33 players now which means 33 modules so it should be possible to at least one module with junior docking ports. And my module has two junior docking ports. As @OutInSpace said, the plan with the "avatars" won't work unless we create a mod with all our custom flags, so you don't have to add a flag. But of course you can add a flag if you want. I'm not the decision-maker here, but one part too much shouldn't make a big difference in my opinion.
  5. I‘ll try to replicate that The challenge will be to not crash it during landing because of the slow reaction time of the jets.
  6. You asked for a fuel module. This is my response. Exactly 20 Parts. I tried to make it big. I'll replace the Flag with my "Avatar" as soon as I have one. Can someone else add Xenon tanks? I also added jr. docking ports for @Space Nerd's ship.
  7. There's a thread about this. With persistent thrust it should be theoretical possible when you are mining the comet. You'd have to make sure that you can produce more fuel per time than the engines consume.
  8. Ok, let‘s make both an Asteroid and some big fuel tanks. And even if refilling this with @catloaf‘s lander would theoretically work, it would take a loooooong time since it can only carry very little fuel as payload.
  9. In order to do that you would have to learn how to dock first, because capturing an Asteroid in KSP is basically docking with an Asteroid.
  10. @QF9E built a small Eve sealevel lander for his Grand Tour: https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/192858-shuttle-challenge-v6-the-sts-thread-stock-and-mod-friendly-all-new-badges/page/9/ (By the way, how can I add a link to another forum post?)
  11. I‘d like to increase it to 20. I can‘t do any cool module with 10 parts. @OutInSpace said that 20 parts would probably work. Would anyone agree with 20?
  12. What you meant is rather for missions to planets/moons than for orbital rendezvous with ships/Kerbals. You can do it by clicking on the planet/moon when you are in the map view and press „Focus View“.
  13. @epicfailure2020 Do you need someone to dock the extension to your module now?
  14. Thanks, now i know what went wrong with my attempt to dock a Soyuz in RSS/RO using MechJeb Then you should be ready for a docking tutorial. Docking gives you a lot of possibilitys
  15. I also didn't know how to dock for a very long time. The mistake I did was that I didn't watch good tutorials and gave up way too fast. I also never tried an ingame tutorial. Then I just waited way too long until I tried again. I recommend to learn how to use maneuver nodes first (you can reward yourself with a Mun or Minmus mission afterwards) and then learn how to dock as soon as possible. And don't give up, you can do it.
  16. Did you try the ingame tutorial? A friend of mine learned how to dock in with an ingame tutorial.
  17. As far as I know, @Aniruddh is making a nuclear tug to transfer the modules of people who can't do the transfer by themselfes.
  18. Then it was probably retextured. Sorry, I didn't realize that this picture was an extension to the core module and not the core module itself. I was thinking that the core module has only two docking ports. I editet my other post now. By the way, what should I build?
  19. Are there only 2 docking ports? I think we'll need a lot of docking ports. I'm not sure, but I think we're going to Jool. Is that radial mounted thing on the fuel tank one of this docking ports? It doesn't look like a stock part to me.
