  1. Trueborn, I just have to say again what an amazing mod this is. Other than setting up maneuver nodes, I now never have to use the map view to find out the vital information the HUD provides. I have become a much better pilot because of it. Thanks again!
  2. I love you! Thanks so much for the air intake gauge!
  3. Thanks all for your replies. I did notice some new faces this week and welcome to them all. I guess my thread was a bit premature as I did not realize you were accepting applications. Thanks to all involved for making KSPTV great! `Abrexus
  4. I want to apologize in advance if this question isn't in the right forum. I am curious if this wonderful resource is going to be expanded upon? It seems like there is alot of unfilled slots. While I understand this is a labor of love, and those few individuals who stream do so at their own expense, I would imagine you have a host of streamers who would be willing to donate their time. Thanks kindly for your attention, 1Abrexus
  5. I love your gauges, and use them all the time. Would it be possible to add an Air Intake gauge? Thanks kindly for the consideration.
  6. It looks like ZRM's last post was 11 days ago. He did mention a while back that he was having some issues that were preventing him from doing any work on the mods that are attached to the shuttle. Hopefully he is ok. At least we have .22 to keep us busy in the mean time.
  7. Is the modular fuel system mod going to affect any active ships I have already launched and will it be required use outside of the shuttle?
  8. My only fear regarding this project is that once this shuttle is finished I'll have no desire to fly anything else.
  9. One interesting thing I ran across that may (or may not) play into this. My first rocket was a simple 3 stage probe w/engine, mid stage, and launch stage rocket. I had a severe wobbling problem I wasn't able to resolve until I locked the gimble on the launch stage skipper engine and used 4 of the small side mount engines for their gimble. The wobble disappeared and I was able to steer the rocket without a problem.
  10. Nice find! I actually didn't know it was there either. Welcome to the forums and KSP fellow Kerbalnaut!
  11. Here is a picture of my KSP Discovery craft with detachable landing module! What an excellent mod pack!
  12. I saw some videos on Youtube about it on the Yogscast channel. As a huge fan of BARIS it immediately peaked my interest and the purchase came minutes later
  13. I am reporting you for violation of the Kerbal Child Labor laws! =P
  14. I would suggest starting out with programs such as http://en.spaceengine.org/ to allow you to take people on a guided tour of our solar system and galaxy, then follow that up with a real life look via telescope! It\'s amazing how much more you can appreciate what you se e live after it is put into perspective in a digital format first. Also, if allowed KSP would be a great tool to introduce your class to orbital mechanics. I would recreate real life events if possible such as the space x dock with the ISP and allow the students the chance top try it for themselves. This hands on approach will really give them a feel for how complex space travel really is compared to what you see on TV. Just my two cents.
  15. it does, but the pain i gone so I will gladly deal with the limited mobility....praise the lord for MechJeb!!!
  16. Home from my surgery...great news, bad news story tho....the surgery as originally scheduled for 2-3 hours but ended up taking 4 1/2 hours. My boyfriend was in the waiting room and starting to panic, and when the surgeon came out to talk to him he called him over to a private room. Immediately he thought something really bad happened to me, and he was in tears, but I was ok....what happened was my one disc (C4-C5) was so badly herniated that my left shoulder nerves were badly damaged and he had to go in and try and repair them. That\'s why the surgery took do long! So, the great news is....all the pain I have been dealing with for 7 years is gone! It is amazing! The bad news is.....because of the nerve damage in my left arm, I have no use of it right now. I may eventually get it back, but I can\'t start therapy for it till my neck bones fuse at that takes 6 to 12 months Overalll, getting rid of the pain is worth any sacrifice I may have to make, so I am very happy! Thank you everyone for your thoughts and support!
  17. In addition I am unable to get the RCS thrusters that sit on top of the capsule to connect to the 4-way fuel hub. I had to go back to .144 and do it then copy my craft file over in order to use them
  18. Well, I am certainly no math major, but one thing I can say about my experience is I knew nothing about orbital mechanics when I started playing a few weeks ago. Now, I still do not know the math behind it, but I UNDERSTAND how it works! This to me is very powerful. All through high school I had physics and calculus and it was simply a bunch of equations to me with no meaning behind them. This game has allowed me to truly understand those lessons I was taught so many years ago. While I don\'t know the math anymore, I do now feel I have a much better understanding of physics in general than I ever did back then.
  19. You are a gentleman and a scholar! I only started playing KSP about 2 weeks ago, and one of the first mods I installed was this one due to the added realism and tactics it offered. In fact I would say it is so well done it almost feels like it is a core part of the game. At any rate I did test it out with .15 and while the ZO2 tanks do appear to work, the solar rechargers do not. Also, while the tanks do drain, the kerbals do not die when they run out. They do still turn blue however which I find quite interesting :-P My guess is it has something to do with the change of making the call to KSP.IO instead of System.IO so the plugin is either not loading at all or is not able to make the calls it needs to work properly.
  20. This is one of those exceptional mods I am having to adjust to not working with .15 I tried recompiling the source you have for download (with the KSP.IO changes for this new build), but I have no idea what I am doing really. I think I need to spend some time learning to mod.
  21. Thanks for the compliment! I still feel very noobish when it comes to designing things. I made that using the Silisko Industries BACE pack. I will rebuild and post the base for you tonight!
  22. I just want to pop in and say how much I enjoy using your mod pack! I use it almost exclusively for all my rocket needs! All you need is a kangaroo picture on the side of the tanks now
  23. Thanks to your amazing guide I was able to dock with my station for the first time! I ran out of RCS fuel and had to use the main engines to close in which was a bit tricky, but it worked!
  24. I just want to throw my support in for the further tracks! I really enjoyed what you have done so far (as I mentioned earlier), and I am mixing that in with the music from 'The Right Stuff' and of course the Benny Hill theme for when things go a bit bonkers!
