Does anyone know how to dock the RDM docking ports? I've tried both retracted, both extended, and one for each but it refuses to do anything? Is there something I'm missing?

i have an HP 2000 and its got decent speeds and such the only thing slowing it down is the ram which is 4gb how could i expand it without needing to replace the bottom cover of my laptop?
