  1. Of course you don't get bloody wafers with it
  2. It's the Off-Kerbway production of Jebediah Kerman, Superstar.
  3. Accidentally pressing SHIFT (particularly in map view) is the most common reason for me to reload a quicksave. I should remap it, but then I would end up perpetually confused.
  4. OK, I think I know where I was confused. At some point, I checked the "Delete on Close" button in the settings, so that was the default whenever an alarm popped up. Every time an alarm expired, I was deleting it. I guess I did not realize that the alarms were stored in a file separate from the saves, so thought that the non-expired alarm would be in the quicksave.sfs file when I reloaded. Thanks for the help, Trigger Au, Starwaster, and others.
  5. What I think I was doing was this: 1. Create a new alarm 2. F5 QuickSave 3. Do something incredibly stupid and/or Kerbal 4. F9 QuickLoad 5. Alarm gone! I could have sworn that in the past I would see my alarm come back at step 5. From what you've written above, it seems that if the alarm triggers/expires as part of Step 3, the alarm is deleted from the KAC file (Alarms-Hrdina (Sandbox).txt in my case). Is that so? Then it's working as designed an my memory is at fault here. I'll capture my log files the next time I play with alarms and post them. Thanks.
  6. Does KAC still retain its alarms in quicksave files? I could have sworn that this worked in the past, and the KAC alarm would allow me to restore a manuever node associated with an alarm. Recently if I reload a quicksave that I've made after creating a KAC alarm, the alarm is no longer there. And thanks - KAC is my one truly indispensable mod.
  7. I landed on Minmus for the first time. While Jeb took care of running the Kethane drill, Bob took a hike to the nearby hills. Here he takes a look back toward the lander, about 2.3 km away. It is the tiny black dot toward the left edge of the hill in the distance. The hill is much farther away. After Bob returned, Jeb took a brief walk outside, then climbed atop the lander where he was greeted with Moho rising above the horizon. Maybe it was just a smudge, Jeb is not too good at astonomy.
  8. Are you Sirius? Just because they added Kzin to the TOS Animated Series doesn't mean you should be using ST currency in Known Space.
  9. Yeah, I have a headache now but that was pretty cool.
  10. If you're using RCS to dock, you can disable all the main engines once you get close enough and match speeds with the station.
  11. Same for me. My dad says I saw Apollo XI, but I was only 1.5 at the time so don't remember any of the moon landings. I remember being excited about the Vikings, and thinking it was just a matter of time until we had people there. I was 10 and wanted to be one of those people.
  12. I learned to rendezvous and dock watching the Pebblegarden videos. I had to re-watch them a couple of times, but once I really understood how to move the target markers around the nav ball, it all seemed simple. I do watch & enjoy Scott's videos, too, and have learned a few things there as well.
  13. I thought it was Settlers of Catan.
