Nice plane

Hi i am having problems in .23 that i have been noticing with all my crafts from 600 parts down to 25. but while flying or driving they move very slow and makes 10 m/s look like 2 m/s. the game is running smooth in terms of lag but not speed. i have never had this problem in previous versions and i was wondering if anyone knows good settings to change that might help me.
