  1. I'm sorry. The download options are a bit confusing for me. If I want to get the parts displayed on the front page, do I just download Klockheed_Martian and then one of the Klockheed_Martian_Special files? Also, what is "others," (the download shows v2.0.1 and v2.0.1others)?
  2. Wow. That will be amazing. I'm sure it will happen, it's a worthwhile goal. I wish I had coding skills and could help. Consider adding a donate option on the front page. It may not make things happen, but it does give us non-coders another way to show our appreciation for the time and energy you, and other modders, are putting into your addons. :-)
  3. Just a quick question. The map shows it take 4500 deltaV to reach low orbit of Kerbin (70km). Does that mean you are in full orbit of the planet or just your apopsis is now at 70km? I ask because the next step, to a geostationary orbit, says to burn 680, then 435. As I understand it the 680 is to get your apopsis to the required distance and the 435 would bring the periapsis up to create a circular geostationary orbit. I'm trying to make my rockets more efficient now that I have to pay for fuel. :-P
  4. Comments like that make you look rude. It isn't necessary. Think of it this way, up until now the Kerbol system was the entire Kerbal universe. This mod adds a couple more systems to that universe. I'm sure as time goes by, that universe will grow even more, but not to the extent of matching anything like our real one. :-)
  5. Those are missing from the 64bit download, but are still in the 32bit option. :-)
  6. You have no reason to feel dumb. :-) If you're talking about 0.23.5 I believe the download on the main page will be fine. If you're using 0.24.2 (newest KSP) and running 32-bit, I believe it mostly functions just fine (does for me anyway), but if not, jeffersonFlight posted a new fix that, from what I'm reading, seems to work for people. It sounds like his 64-bit fix is also showing success. You can find a link to his fix on post #1707. EDIT: Sorry, missed your last two questions. You apply the fix by downloading the file and replacing the old .dll with the new one. Save a copy of the old one incase you want to return to it. Keep up-to-date by watching this thread. Once there is an official 0.24.2 update, I believe the update checker will be correct at that point. Right now, you'll get an error starting KSP saying KAS is out of date, just ignore that for now. :-)
  7. This is one of my favorite mods, it adds so much to the general atmosphere of the game. I would like to ask though, is it possible to replace the breathing sound for EVA (I know you can turn it off). It doesn't sound like someone in an EVA suit, the nose whistle is kind of distracting. I'm probably wrong but I've always imagined it sounding more with a K sound on the inhale. Sort of a very, very, minor version of Vader's breathing suit to simulate the pressure.
  8. So the game side of things wont change? Pardon my ignorance, I was thinking this would alter the resources used in MKS, I'm glad it wont. :-) Also, where do I find Wavefunction's distribution of Interstellar? Is it the same as Fractal_UK's on page 1 of this thread? EDIT: I'm assuming this is the page: https://github.com/WaveFunctionP/KSPInterstellar/releases Per a previous post, we should delete the MKS OpenResourceSystem.dll and just use the OpenResourceSystem_1_1_0.dll provided by that link. Just wanted to make sure I understand that correctly.
  9. Do you mean to just copy the .dll in the KSPI download or is the 'fix' you refer to something different? If so, where do I find it. Also, what affect would this change have on MKS?
  10. No, sorry. I was using v1.3.11 I just downloaded 1.4.0 PR12 and I'm less confused now. Thank you. :-)
  11. I'm trying to follow this advice, but right clicking the mod doesn't give me an option to "Edit ModInfos." Am I doing it in the wrong spot (in the mod list within the Mod Admin). EDIT: Also, for the life of me I cannot find the "download mod" button on the mod browser menu.
  12. Just a quick question to help clarify something for me. I received 46.1% return on a solid fuel rocket booster. The information below says "Stock Module used. Terminal velocity of 3.85 (10 needed)." I'm assuming that means it was okay, and needed to be below the terminal velocity of 10? Or does it mean I need to have it land at 10 for a higher return?
  13. It works out okay, I just feel bad my kerbals aren't getting paid many times. I know you aren't making it to specifically fit other mods, but is it possible to have a monthly option for mods like KCT? That way we can plan ahead a bit and make sure we can make payroll at the first of the month or something like that. (To be honest, I'm not entirely understanding of Kerbin time, 6 hour days is all I know. Not sure how long a month would be) I also have the white box people are referencing in the above post.
  14. In my defense, I've never claimed to be overly bright. :-P No, I totally forgot Kerbin has shorter days. How does it work then, would 1 be pre dawn, 2 sunrise, 3 morning, 4 evening, 5 late evening, 6 after midnight or something like that? I think I figured out my other issue. If I put 1 in the box it advances the day, but if I put 01, 02, 03, etc., it works fine.
  15. I'm hoping someone here can help me. I'm having difficulty understanding how to set a date alarm. My current time in game is 1y 6d 4h 31m 17s. I want to set an alarm to warp to exactly 0700, so I'm trying to enter this 1y 6d 7h 0m 0s. But when I try to change the 4h to 7h, it stays a 4 and the day changes from 6d to 17d. It happens every time I try. If I try to change the 4 to a 1, the day changes to 7d, but it remains 4h. If I try to change 4h to 2h, it remains 4h but the day goes to 9h and so on. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
  16. I didn't think of this. Although I think they should be paid even when not in flight, after all, you've hired them, I see how it will be a problem running both mods. Your space program would be broke before your first launch... assuming around $1,800 a day for 3 Kerbals, and around 22 days to build a basic ship when you're just starting, that's $39,600 spent before you launch your first ship. Just out of curiosity, what happens if you don't have money to pay your kerbonauts? Will your funds go negative or will they walk off the job?
  17. I like the idea of this mod and look forward to trying it out. Thank you for your work on it. :-)
  18. I added the [unanswered] at the top. I've tried to find something in the config file, but couldn't. If the option is there, it's probably too obvious for me to find. :-(
  19. I'd like the option to have it set to zero at start as well. It's causing more annoyance than any problem it seems to solve.
  20. This issue has been fixed in the pre-release version, you can download it from the link on the first page here. I don't believe it has been uploaded to Curse yet.
  21. The version of KOS I have says 13.1. If I backtrack to 12.2, are there any significant changes I should know? I've noticed some differences in the syntax used from when I used it six months ago and I think I'm finally familiar with the current use.
  22. Every time I launch a craft, the camera it set on Auto. Is there a way to have it default to Free at all times (unless changed directly during flight of course).
  23. Oh Good Lord. lol Round! I should have guessed that. :-( Okay, maybe I can ask a better question next. Now KSP launches with greater than 0 throttle. If I forget to zero it out on launch, later, when I issue the command to unlock the throttle, it goes to that setting and the engine fires. Is there a way to set the throttle to 0? I tried the set command, but it didn't work. Thanks.
  24. Okay, I'm losing my mind here. How do you get it to only show whole numbers when printing something that has many digits beyond the decimal? Maybe you never could and I'm not insane, but I cannot remember or find out how to anywhere. I have a formula calculating time for a burn and want to print it on my display. currently the result shows something like "Burn in " 43.22342419847198741, and I'm trying to drop everything after the ., so "Burn in " 43. It doesn't need to be accurate, it's just a countdown, the program will be executing it at whatever fraction of the second it shows anyway. :-) Thanks.
