Alright, updating the table board to pre-1.0 and post-1.0

I have an entry for the challenge using 1.0.4.

I managed to lose the craft file for my pre 1.0 entry, so I constructed something along the same lines, but it appears that the differences in the design and/or the changes in KSP have made it a bit less efficient, as I could only manage and orbit speed of 22724 at the edge of Kerbin SOI.

I also had to strip all of my modes (mainly visual) from my install as I have quite a few of them now that I'm using for making cinematic videos, so my pics are very stock, so looking a bit plain.
