Game freezes whenever i click on any building

I've done a fresh new install, deleted mods, confirmed cache, everything in power to stop this, i open up my game and it starts all smoothe, get into a new game and click on the VAB, and it freezes, i can time warp and go to the menu, but the exit to menu doesnt work, i need as much help as i can get, i have no mods since i only backed up the save folder, :(

I had the same Bug. After i unzipped the download again I had no problems. ( i am using the non-Steam Version ).

Edit:

It seems this is a mod related bug after i installed Texture Replacer the bug appeared againe.
