This is why I prefer youtube streaming. Not only is it easy to find the archives, but they are not deleted after a few weeks and you can even rewind in middle of the stream itself.

Plus the YouTube viewer doesn't NEED Flash, so I can actually see the streams. I have to wait for Twitch to get its .... together and finally fix the player.

Depends. If you look at the NASA videos from their Aerospike tests, they do gimbal the whole engine.

The toroidal aerospike as modeled in KSP, well, I guess you could move the whole shebang, but it is quite hard, it's usually done by using a ring of combustion chambers; those you can throttle for TVC rather than moving the whole engine.
