Scatterer Mod Compatibility Question

Is scatterer (the visual mod) compatible with EVE? How about Planetshine? Or better, are there any incompatibilities with other graphics mods?

This question is probably best asked in the Scatterer thread...

But it is compatible with the two mods you mentioned.
