Pretty nice. Not a proffesional artist or qualified by any means, just a couple thoughts.

 - Can't really tell what's in the right hand. Might be empty, little bit unclear. Also seems a little small.

 - Forearm (stuff below the elbow) to upper arm(stuff above the elbow) ratio seems wrong. Should be about the same length with the upper arm slightly longer, hand not included.

 - Also the table isn't that level.

But overall, not bad!

How do you draw people so well?!

Are you asking me?  Sorry, um, do i draw well?  I don't know.

For every good drawing there are a few rejects and I use the eraser a lot.

The above reject drawing once looked like this:

What was I thinking?  no idea.  Even when I got the modified head and shoulders into photoshop I moved her nose and mouth to a better position.  I often resize or reposition parts or graft on body parts from other reject drawings before starting colouring.  Also I have to often perspective-correct my drawings before colouring because I have been drawing while not looking straight at my sketchbook and the drawings are a little off.  Colouring onto pencil lines might allow me to get away with more mistakes.  If I black the lines my drawings look awful in my opinion but I also like the softer finished illustration that the pencil lines give.

I post a lot of my rough drawings to hipstagram: https://www.instagram.com/pebblecups/

http://kokorolibrary.net/nikki/?story=32 is the story of how I started drawing.

If there are any of my rough drawings that I havent coloured yet that anyone would like to see me attempt to do, suggest one.

Her right-hand side is a little fat, like her head is not centred.  I will need to change that.

I really like @Joseph Kerman's post.  I have found it difficult to get life-like poses and body positions that convey movement like that.

I tried to draw a world map from memory—here's the result.

North America was pretty decent, as Europe is probably the best, Where I screwed up on was the African and South American west coast, and Australia was pretty meh.
