I can't mark things as spoilers anymore?

I swear, a few days ago there used to be a icon (eye symbol) to mark things as spoilers (mostly used here to hide long sets of images), but now it's not there anymore. Existing spoiler tags still seem to work, but I can't make new ones.

Forum currently has issues. Again. Apparently being worked on.
Not sure if that includes the spoiler functionality, but I'd say it's probable.

Yep, the same for selecting text in a comment and able to quote that text. There a small black marker, but nothing like a 'quote' botton.

I sometimes have this problem too but 90% at the time im an idiot who can't see a specific thing that is directly in front of me.
