Hmmm, if you click the Insert Video button on above the text box, you should see a pop up letting you put the video's url in it, then it'll embed.

Simply use: [video.] , just remove the period it should work.

That's where I was looking. Above this text box I don't have any options to insert video, links, or images. Below I can add attachments, but that's all.
