Coding Language for Making Add-on

Hey guys, I want to ask something. What kind a good coding language for making addons?

Only C# works if you want to make a plugin. However, if you're making a part mod, you don't need to learn C# as they simply use a .cfg file. You literally make the model, fill in the .cfg template and bam. The mod is done.
