Can't refuel with 3 kerbal command pod

I can't refuel using the large command pod (using right click and ALT) but  I can with other pods. I've installed KIS and KAS.

We're gonna need both more details and pics.

You need more than one thing to transfer fuel, so we need more info...

Um... don't you use right shift + right click on the two tanks...?

Sir, try to right click on both tanks and show both of their tweakables. Then see if you have an out/in button. Please make sure that you have the same type of resuorces on both tanks.
