Sudden FPS drops

I've started noticing grand fps drops every 4th second or so. Freezing up completely for 1sec and then going on smooth at 100fps for 4sec. And repeat...

Here are my graphical settings:

I thought that it might be caused by playing in window-mode , but when I tried playing full screen it made no difference. 

The only other mod I have besides kOS is KerbalEngineer. 

My system consists of:

- Intel i7 6700K Skylake

-8GB RAM(cant remember brand|model)

-GTX 1080

and it's run on a very decent SSD drive. I feel like this build should be able to maintain these settings without sudden shots in the FPS liver?

 

I'd be thankful for any sort of guidance to help eliminate this fault.

Give memhraph a whirl.   It changes the gargbage collection so the game pauses less often.   Works great for a lot of players:
