graphical glitches on making history outfits?

i jsut got making history and was checking out the new stuff when i noticed this, this isnt how they are supposed to look is it?

Try exiting the game the "normal" way (all menus, no alt-f4), then have steam verify your files, and then load the game back up.

yeah i tried that, validation found one file and acquired it, problem persists though hmmmm.

 

i feel like one of these mods might be conflicting

Tried validation again, it found two files this time. said they will be reacquired and then nothing happened, shouldnt steam start downloading something?

EVE seems an obvious possibility, as does TextureReplacer.

damnit, i thought it might be texture replacer, but i didnt know wich of the other mods has it as a dependency.

EDIT, just because random guy you dont trust on forum says that the mods wont have a problem with dlc, dont listen to him.

it was Texture replacer, i deleted it and the problem went away.

but now i have no reflections on the helmet glass....hmmm i guess ill live with it

Since I'm one of those 'random guys' who said this:

It is definitly not Texture Replacer in general but probably a texture you have used which is not updated for the new models....or the outdated version of Texture Replacer (3.5 is the latest release for 1.5.1) but hey, let's blame the people who try to help

im sorry, i regret posting that, i was just jumping to conclusion.

ive narrowed the problem down to texture replacer though.

since this is still about graphical glitches, what causes things to ficker quickly after the game has been running awhile? it only happens when ive docked and undocked a few times.
