MechJeb abilities availability?

Is there a list, somewhere, showing when various MechJeb abilities become available? I'm mostly interested in all the "autopilot" type functions. My understanding is that MJ can start and stop a burn on time, can launch a ship and guide it to a rendezvous and, can "autoland" at some designated place? I see none of those abilities in my current place on the tech tree.

too much Jeb's Coffee to the web engineers (they are fixing something that required us to give up our like button for now )
