Does this mod work well with the newest game version? 

How do I download and install it? 

 

Does it allow to change font size only (without scaling the whole UI).

It works in 1.12.  The font size can be changed by itself:

Is there a 0.2.1.7 update for this? Every time I launch KSP, AVC tells me there's an update but takes me to the github page for v0.2.1.6. It started doing that 2 or 3 days ago. Thanks.

Just pushed it, the only change was updating the version file
