Possible IP Infringement on Xbox

Upcoming game from The Irregular Corporation called "Mars Horizon" that is pretty much a straight rip-off of KSP minus the Kerbins. Just thought you folks might want to look into it.

I saw the trailer for this, it's nothing like KSP except that it has space in it. Gameplay isn't really the same at all, graphics are different, heck you can't even really build the rockets. Mars Horizon isn't really anything like KSP, and b/c KSP doesn't hold a monopoly on space, there is no way that there could be any IP infringement.

Yeah, I would disagree. Just from looking at the screenshot, not only does it have the earth, an accurate Soyuz orbiter, and a completely different UI, but this game also appears turn-based? I'd sooner call simple rockets a clone rather than this, and simple rockets is far from a KSP clone.

The demo is on Steam. Its a ripoff of Buzz Aldrin's Space Program Manager, not KSP
