What sort of crash? Do you see a small Unity popup window with a progress bar, and then that popup and KSP close after approx. 30 seconds? Do you get a Windows BSOD? Does KSP just vanish and return to the Windows desktop?

When does it crash? Does it crash during startup, do you reach the main menu, can you open a save?

8 GB RAM (according to the log) might be too little for the number of mods you are trying to use. I don't know how well KSP utilizes the page file and maybe someone else can clarify that.

I see Kopernicus in your mod list but didn't notice a planet pack. I have overlooked that. What planet pack? If none, uninstall Kopernicus? If you are using a planet pack, check its Scatterer compatibility: you have Scatterer 0.8something and some older planet packs prefer Scatterer 0.77something.

I use 1.12.3 and i configure CKAN to let me install 1.8 and up mods

Going all the way back to 1.8 is risky. Try removing mods that aren't compatible with 1.12.x to see if that fixes your crash. You can then add or remove a few mods at a time to narrow down the problem.

1.VitrualAlloc crash and Ram remapping

2. I dont have more ram but i can increase the page file even more (if KSP does indeed utillize page files)

3. i think i forgor to add a planet pack

4. Configuring time.
