Something keeps on happening while Im using my modded space shuttle in ksp, for some reason a and d become the pitch controls for some reason mid-flight, its the same for w and s, q and e is unaffected.

How many control modules do you have on the vessel?    When does the issue happen?

I have 2 control modules, one is the space shuttle and 2 is the hubble space telescope, The issue randomly happens mid flight when I and at 30,000-40,000 meters at sea level.

If it happens right after staging, keep the PAW open for the shuttle cockpit and click “Control from here” after you stage.    Sometimes control jumps from module to module.  
 

If it’s happening randomly, I’m guessing your payload is breaking loose and is now “in control”.    Try switching vessels with [] to see if it jumps to the shuttle.

Ok so for some reason (i tried this btw and it did not work) whenever I go into IVA it just breaks
