Same rules as before, stock parts only. Sign up for a flight to build a community base/station. 48 hour flight windows.

Also, does anyone have the last save before the forums went down? We need it to continue the station.

Also yeah you can make bases anywhere, basically this is an open world kind of thing you can build anywhere.
