How do you transfer fuel and other resources between 2 docked spacecraft?

Assuming spacecraft are docked correctly and everything is crossfeed capable.

while holding ctrl click on both fuel tanks. You'll see a in and out.

Just Alt+Right Click on 2 tanks and you will see In and Out buttons appear.

Right click one fuel tank. An info box should pop up.

Hold down ALT and right click the other fuel tank. You should get 2 info boxes (one replaces the original one, one new one) that have IN and OUT buttons for fuel and O2 (or just fuel if it's RCS tanks). Click the appropriate buttons to transfer the fuel.
