A point system? what do you mean? touching the wall is not allowed

The point of the challenge is simply to see what other type of design people can come up with to achieve this extreme precision test.

Can you do it?

Right, not much precision from what I see. So you flew a gnat under a bridge. You wanna impress me? Do something different, fly under it vertically. Fly something BIG under that bridge. Stuff a camel through the eye of a needle. What you flew under there was barely bigger than a Kerbal.

Lol you don't get it, it's not under the bridge but under the helipad, look the video until the end.

I'm not trying to impress anyone, i just really think only a few of players can do this and i'm curious to see what other design could achieve this too

The challenge needs a way to win. It's a good idea though.

It's simple, go from one side to the other without touching anything and without SAS

Perhaps I did miss that. That being the case, I'm only slightly less unimpressed than I was before. Slightly. Sorry but I challenges like this, where you use like 5 parts and go do something silly... I just don't get it. Other than flying around KSC, that 'vtol' has no practical purpose. And no, I won't build anything to go through there. I have no desire to create a 'tits on a boar hog' aircraft.

Here you go, completed with my f-35c replica:

Is it really that difficult to understand? ITS NOT UNDER THE BRIDGE IN THE R&D CENTER. Its under the landing pad, on top of the VAB. Watch the video in the OP and you'll see what im talking about.

You can do that with an FL-T100, a 48-7S on the bottom and a probe core on the top, easy as that...

Now, if you actually saw the video, you would know, that that's not the way to do it :P
