  1. Hi guys and Clamp-o-Tron, I solve the problem with some suggestions from people on another forum. The solution is to set front wheel friction to zero, disable rear wheel steering, and put a tail fin (vertical stabilizer) to counter the propellers at the front. My plane no longer drifts now. Eve here I come!
  2. Hi guys, I am currently testing a space plane I built, which is designed to take off using propellers and then use rocket engines when it gets to upper atmosphere. Unfortunately, I can't even get it take off from the runaway without severe drifting issue. It all starts well, but after getting to about 30m/s on the runway, the plane starts to drift and very hard to take off. I checked that the wheels are all aligned so don’t know what’s the issue. Spent several hours to fix this problem, but my attempts so far had been unsuccessful. Of course, I checked the wheels and made sure they're all aligned. So I don't know how to fix the issue. Wondering if you guys could help me take a look if you have time? I uploaded my craft to KerbalX. Though I'm using mods, the spaceplane itself should be made of all stock parts. If you could help me take a look, I would be very grateful! Thank you! https://kerbalx.com/Noblejms/Helio-Mark-3
  3. I am having a problem with this mod (it is nonetheless fantastic though, can't play without it now!). When flying up, I can see horizontal thin black lines at the edge of the horizon. It's like a thin border. Digging through old posts here, people seem to refer to it as the "antialising problem". The thing is that there are too many different feedbacks on this problem. Some say it can't be fixed, some say to enable DirectX 11, some say to use stock anti-aliasing, and some say enable Nvidia anti-aliasing and disable stock anti-aliasing. What is the most updated solution to the think black line caused by anti-aliasing? Thank you guys!
  4. Thank you guys for the clarification. I look forward to trying this out tonight!!
  5. Thank you Red Iron Crown! Another question, can I install the MR version (medium quality package) but use cloud texture from a higher quality package like HR/UR?
  6. Sorry if this is a stupid question. I am a bit confused about installing this mod after reading the installation instructions. 1. Do I need to install Kopernicus to use this mod? 2. Scatterer is optional, yes? There's a Scatterer folder in the MR zip file, if I don't use Scatterer, should I copy this folder into my GameData folder as well? 3. If I only want SVE and not Scatterer/Kopernicus, I should only extract the contents of EnvironentalVisualEnhancements folder and the StockVisual Enhancements (and deleting the Kopernicus subfolder), correct? 4. If I've already installed this mod in Step 3, do I need anything additional files from EVE? Thank you! I look forward to playing with this wonderful mod!
  7. Hi RBray, after upgrading from 5.3 to 6.7 the latest version, I notice 2 problems. First I can see a very distinct border / seam in a certain section of the globe, so it's looks like someone wrap a texture around it but didn't make connected edge seamless. My second problem is some of my cloud texture is showing grid-tile like pattern. It looks exactly like the pattern in the polar region back in 5.3, except now it appears on normal cloud near the equator and other places too. Do you know what could've caused this? How do I fix the problem?
  8. What's the main improvements between version 6.7 and version 5.3, which I'm been using happily with the 8k Blue Marble pack? Does your default 8k cloud l
  9. Hello Rbray89, I'm usually a lurker but your mod is so great I'd just have to register to ask you a quick question. What's the main im
