How do you re open the lcars panel if you closed it?

For some reason the drive doesnt stay on? i click "activate engine" and the warp bubble appears, but immediately shrinks

a lot of the locations clip into the ground? like Arakebo island launch point is completely under ground

i dont know if im not doing something right, but i have the parts in my game, but there is no interface, i cant control the parts
