I'll take you up on that offer right here and now, then. I need a way to figure out the surface normal of the KSC in stock, or the selected launch site in RSS. The ideal way would be without any static geographical coordinates and with a minimal use of configs, most preferably none at all. This normal should simplify the code down to a check of the cross product between the normal and the CB=>Kerbol vector.

So, I watched Squad's Grab KSP from Steam Summer sale -video, and I thought to myself: "Can I actually try and grab a Kerbal while I'm flying?", moved on to experiment, and this video is the result. I failed to even succesfully hit him, but there were lots of explosions so I got that going for me, which is nice. http://youtu.be/mC5Cs07t-tQ Bob is one lucky Kerbal, though. -

Took on myself a small challenge of attempting to get to orbit in IVA mode, only to find myself trying to go to Mun twice, and succeeding(?) once. http://youtu.be/AUf-EvzjlkA -
Found the plugin inside the source code, repackaged it to a neat .rar, and sharing because it is caring. Just unpack to your KSP -folder. FirstPersonEVA <- standalone version, still requires HullCameraVDS FirstPersonEVA + HullCameraVDS v0.2.9.5 <- bundled version

It has been a while since I last made a KSP vid, and this time it's a short animation and I'm fairly confident about it. I lack the intellect to describe it properly, though, so have a look yourself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SVy2Uz0aoUQ -

Tried to do the same as this dude, but made it more like a reusable SSTO. Ran out of fuel at 39,748 meters and final velocity was at 1550.9 m/s Here's a link to the timelapse video -

People seemed to be disappointed that I didn't drop a Titan in the last video. So I dropped a mockup of one in this one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmS3C_HAiVk I now present a challenge to you: Do what I did in the vid, but with a better looking Titan. Mods or no mods, I leave it up to you -

Comma_dose replied to Comma_dose's topic in KSP Fan Works
The idea of this vid is the exact same as the one above: drop a command pod to KSC and survive. Well, it turned out that I hit within 1km of the target with a near perfect landing, and I didn't even have to do any course corrections to the trajectory. I can die happy now. http://youtu.be/PyV5rLO3C7U -
