i deleted all of mine, way back to point 0.9 when i first played. hopefully previos versions become available to the public eventually. 0.10 was a good time

i deliberately went for amd over intel at this price point, and adding an i5 to that system would make it well over your budget. the amd system has a great, future proof graphics card, and room for upgrade eventually to a better processor. like LukeTim said, amd is probably your best bet on that budget. hell, my amd system is a year and a half old, i made it with £350, and when i next recived £350 (birthday, both times) i upgraded it. if you uped your budget from £500 including the os, to say £600~650, you would get much, much better.

if you like it, keep doing it. i didn't like it, so i stopped after a while, without getting hate.if you like it, but are getting hate, dont worry, and push on through!

that was amazing! i know, at the time of his passing, i never said anything on these forums, but i did elsewhere. this was really good. though this isnt a complaint, but if you had cameras on one of the stages pointing outwards towards the horizon, then decoupled them, that would have looked good. brilliant video though.

ha, thanks for that man. ive only ever landed a large pod on minmus once... and a small pod once(legit, i used cheats one time(ctrl+alt+shif+d)) so i think i will re-design the lander once moar!!!!

so heres the story: i landed bill of the originally 3 on minmus, he was the first person i had to do it. there was to little fuel to send him home, so i made a rescue rocket to come and get him. i landed there, and was about to retract the ladder i had that helped the kerbanuts down to the surface... i then accidently decoupled instead of retracting.... so i now have 3 kerbanauts stuck on minmus!!! pic in attachment...

BUILD YOUR OWN. seriously, it would be cheaper. for £430, that is ALOT to ask for both intel and nvidia in your system. id get an amd processor(they will do the job just as good) and also an amd graphics card(there is little difference between nvidia and amd at the same price point.

none of my friends will give it a go. they are too poor to own a computer that could run it xD no but seriously none of my friends are pc gamers, and the few that are, are still primarily consolers

you do understand that nomatter what you do, there is no way of landing on the moon with srb's?? you need atmosphere to burn the SOLID fuels.

this should be possible by .018/19. need moar mods and plugins. cargo bays, carts(as standard), building ships in orbit+ fuelling them and docking/IVA.
