  1. Down to 69. I'm blue, ba ba dee dee da da.
  2. Out of interest, is that something coded into the engine heat generation that it's more at higher air densities, or just a consequence of adding the heating from travelling in the atmosphere to the engine's production? Also a part of me misses the old Wheesly nerf in FAR. It was fun making a spaceplane using that. But I guess 1.0.5 is bringing us an actual turbofan, presumably subsonic.
  3. Indeed a nose-up attitude is a natural result of conventional or "taildragger" landing gear, with two mainwheels up front and a tailwheel. In real life jet-engined taildraggers are rare because the jet will blast the ground, but that's not a problem in KSP.
  4. 67 (-) Not nice for the plustitute lot that's for sure.
  5. I think it's already possible. I know that automatically toggling some of a part is possible, and IIRC manual toggle is possible too.
  6. Main is a 21.5" 1080p BenQ display. Nothing special but it was a second hand bargain and does very nicely for me. Secondary is an old 17" 1280x1024 screen, size-wise it's a good companion to the main screen. Certainly looks like a good build by yourself. I've heard a lot of praise for the Define R4 case, sounds like it's warranted. Of course the drawback is what I previously railed at - all those nice features do up the size and weight of the case, and I wanted a relatively compact build which I achieved. I didn't take many pics myself, but I may post the finished build when I can copy the file from my phone. Though appearance was never really on the cards in a non-windowed case I think it's a decent looking build inside, got a pretty consistent red-and-black colour scheme. Yours is pretty good too.
  7. In my view, simple test for overheating behaviour: turn on the Ignore Max Temperature cheat and monitor temperatures using KER. If parts reach a stable temperature that's reasonable physical behaviour that you can hope to address by changing your craft or your flying. If on the other hand part temperatures run away to a gazillion Kelvin that's the infamous buggy unphysical behaviour and there's no fully satisfactory way to deal with it.
  8. Ran the game on my new PC for the first time. AWL the frames!
  9. There's your problem - that's a contradiction. If the Big Bang is the earliest point in time then there was no "before".Now causality that doesn't depend on time is possible, but we need to be careful when talking about it. But my answer to the original question is that the Universe wasn't created or caused by anything. It just exists. And ultimately, no matter the scientific details, there has to be something that "just is", that doesn't owe its existence to anything else. Whether that something is the universe we see, some larger multiverse, or even 'god' I don't know. So I choose to assume the simplest - that it's just the universe we see (and its expected extension beyond our visible horizon) - until I have evidence to the contrary.
