  1. Well, I'm running this in 64 bit on linux at the moment, so ... I don't think it's RAM issues? I also don't have final frontier installed. It could be the 8k textures? Also for what its worth a bunch of my cloud layers are messed up. Kerbal seems mostly fine, but Duna's clouds clip a bit at the poles, both Duna and Eve's auroras are messed up, Jool is broken, Bop and Vall's atmospheres are visually about 5 planet diameters in radius.
  2. Hey jsimmons, do you have a launchsites config file for RSS kerbol system x10 scale? I can't seem to find it in this thread ... or your post history lol. I have no idea what the coordinates for KSC should be, and I can't find a real spaceport that isn't sunk into a mountain or otherwise clipped into the terrain. For what its worth im using eve 7.3 with astronomers pack v3 beta.
  3. Ah, yep, you're correct. Did more mod removing and checking - its not EVE, its Hot/Cool Rockets. Derp.
  4. Hi there, can't wait for the next version to come out, looking awesome! That being said, I've noticed a weird problem: Atmospheric Sound Enhancement breaks when you install EVE (the EVE and BoulderCo files). I've tested this with a bunch of stuff, thought it could be some other mods fighting, but nope. It's definitely EVE. Put EVE on, Atmospheric Sound Enhancement completely quits working.

  6. Ok so I've installed every mod one by one to test what works and what doesnt. Blizzy's Achievements, KlockheedMartian (something about gimbal control?) and Chatterer seem to be incompatible, insta-crash. Warp, KSO, the new Mars style Habitat mod, BoulderCo, PlanetFactory,SDHI cause a crash, but that seems to be from overloading the memory buffer...? I can't tell. SmokeScreen also causes a crash ... I can't even remember what that is. It is just a dll.
  7. OK, so im running ubuntu 12.04, latest nvidia drivers, ran through all the stuff on this guide. I'm trying to run KSP with ... a lot of mods. Almost exactly a gig worth of mods. And I'm trying to do it without texture compression. Launching x86 with no mods works fine. Launching x86_64 with no mods works fine. Launching either with all my mods makes KSP crash in the loading bar, gets about 1/3 of the way, then when it goes over or near 2gigs of memory for the KSP process, blam. crash. I'm confused because I thought the 64 bit was supposed to support more than 2 gigs of memory. It's acting like it doesnt. Help!
  8. My game consistently crashes in the loading process at "WarpPlugin/Parts/Engines/ThermalRocketNozzle/glow". Has anyone else had this problem or know how to resolve it? nevermind, i fixed it.
