[11/26/15 Update] Say Hello to the Light-Green Group!
Ikaneko replied to Endersmens's topic in Kerbal Network
Can I get a day off from my duties as a doorman, Upsilon?? Please; it's Christmas! I have a family!! -
Oh, you want some, I'll give it ya!! (à ¸‡ à° ßلÃÅ“ á°)à ¸‡(à ¸‡ à° ßلÃÅ“ á°)à ¸‡ How do you explain the Schlieffen Plan, huh?? Germany certainly did NOT "wander" into Belgium, although they did in Luxembourg. It was all part of the Schlieffen Plan. It is pretty obvious he knew a war was coming, but he did nothing to prevent it. Also, the triple alliance is further evidence, quite obviously a retaliation to the Triple entente. The brits at no point whatsoever viewed Germany as a potential ally, because aligning with Germany would leave them against France, a foe they didn't want. The triple entente is yet more evidence: if you look at the nations on a map, they surround Germany. That means they wanted to be able to defend. I could point out the deployment of German Armies along the Western front days before war was declared but I think my work here is done.

Huntsman, you really have to watch it. Wilhelm II started the arms race and German Imperialism that led to the First World War. You know, millions dead. I would change it before people begin getting outraged. Cool Station though!

You don't forget your chute, so don't forget your KSP gifts
Ikaneko replied to SQUAD's topic in KSP1 The Daily Kerbal
I think the Kerbal on a shelf would. He's on a shelf in one of my ships. He'd know very well... Back on track: 'Tis a pity none of my friends like KSP. -
Angara A5 heavy lift ELV maiden flight today
Ikaneko replied to 1greywind's topic in Science & Spaceflight
Hmmm. Yeah RD-191. Good, versatile engine: can even do over nominal thrust (105 percent) as WELL as 8 degrees of gimbal! Always buy Russian (except for RS 25, that one I approve of) -
Those mountains really do remind me of pimples *shivers*. Anyway, beautiful map Tex, want the poster now!!

Angara A5 heavy lift ELV maiden flight today
Ikaneko replied to 1greywind's topic in Science & Spaceflight
Frome Wikipedia: "In the Angara A5, the four URM-1s used as boosters operate at full thrust for approximately 214 seconds, then separate. The URM-1 forming the vehicle's core is operated at full thrust for lift off, then throttled down to 30% to conserve propellant. The core is throttled back up after the boosters have separated and continues burning for another 110 seconds." Pro tip: Check Wikipedia on everything to seem like a pro. -
Nope. I have but a few morals but I stick to them and one of them's no sneezing under ANY circumstances. The user below me likes Waffles more than french toast.

You may need a lie-down after hearing this news. You may have been exposed to the mysterious force called "humour". Some symptoms may include laughter and the like.

Found a 'cheat' that needs fixing.
Ikaneko replied to ebrammer252's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
There will always be exploits, however well the game is designed. The thing with exploits is that you quickly get a feeling of unfulfillment once you've finished the game. Therefore you will derive more enjoyment from the game actually playing it as supposed to cheating. So the best thing to do is to just play fair: that is the most fun and fulfilling experience of all. Back on track: Maybe negative money would help, but the entire point of career mode is trying to learn from your mistakes as supposed to a "haha, you failed" type thing. It is best for new players to help them to learn from what went wrong last time and so become a better player. -
Definitely 2.5 ---> 1.25 from end to end of the re-entry module. Any progress on ATV?? Or, for that matter, the Planetary probes??

You disgust me with your immaturity. No, seriously, this is meant to be a child friendly forum. Waffle master race!!

For PPTS, It has a bell shaped module and judging from the image, you might get away with 2.5 --> 1.25 with docking probe. Don't forget the huge orbital module (6 people in a 15 metre long module?? ) That's comfy living by space standards!!

6/10 A couple of times.

You seem like a good guy who's worked hard. I feel sorry for you. Does your wife work? If so, then I think you should get out of there while you still can and look after your children for at least a while, until you aren't as stressed. Then, you go searching for another job. I hope this helps.

*starts crying* Gilly is *tough*. You must get almost an exact encounter at low speed, so elliptical orbits all round!!
