    Do you have the ModuleManager dll installed?

    Using 19b I'm having a problem with unlocking the wider stretchytanks. After granting myself a ton of science I unlocked the whole tech tree and they still won't stretch wider than 2m. Has anyone else run into this?

    I was having the same hang on load problem. After looking in the log I realized I was missing ModuleRCSFX. Still getting the error about Probes_AIES.cfg but things seem to work.
