Sorry to but in to this thread. I don't play the console versions and I have no real evidence of this being true, but I read somewhere that the console file corruption starts when you have more than 10 saves. Someone suggested overwriting old saves so as to limit the game recording on save slot #11. I'm sorry you're not able to enjoy playing. I offer this in the hope that it will help.

Most certainly waste heat needs to be radiated away.
