      Argh, you're right.  Let's get weird...   Now it's got Zappa's actual NeveVR60 board from the Utility Muffin Research Kitchen, the blonde SG headstock from the Roxy era SG, some pink and wet Baby Snakes, and a TelefunkenU47 for good measure.  :wink:

    What kind of guitars an basses do you have?  Not surprising, as Zappa is definitely musician's music.  I went to University for jazz performance.  I have an ES335, and a very unique Showcase edition SG for rockin.  I own a bunch of other instruments too.  Drums, Sitar, Flutes, Saxophones... if it makes noise, I'll play it.  :D

      Nice! I'm better at designing stuff (also, audio) than playing instruments. Though I love my semi-acoustic bass. I used to have a '70s Ibanez SG but it didn't survive an accident. Right now one of my friends has parked his double bass at my place and I'd love to improve my technique ... what a bada55 machine!
