  1. Here is my first SP+ craft. It is the KSR-71. On my first test flight it traveled halfway around Kerbin with 2/3rds fuel left. It cruises at 19k meters at 1250m/s. It can reach 1400m/s with some careful flying. I plan on adding a few intakes hidden away somewhere to try for a higher cruise altitude. Sorry for the poor lighting, I was taking off at dawn. And yes, the reentry effects are during normal flight.
  2. Thanks for the explanation. I'm not as dumb as my comments made me sound, I'm just fairly new to the game and didn't know how to measure the diameter to work out all the math myself.. One more question, did you used to have different style truss segments in an older update? I first learned of your parts from an image user Rareden made with the pill shaped tanks. He had them inside some three sided trusses. Maybe he modeled them himself to make the image. I'm not sure. Thanks again, and I love the parts you've made!
  3. After looking at the parts again, I realize they aren't as far off as I had imagined. I still think there are discrepancies though. For instance the FB-O tank at size 4 holds ~41,000 LiquidFuel and ~50,000 Oxidizer. The stock Jumbo 64 holds 2880 LiquidFuel/ 3520 Oxidizer. That's 14.6 times more fuel in your tank, while physically it doesn't appear to be 14 times larger.
  4. Is it just me, or does the capacity of the parts not align well with the stock parts? They seem to have two to four times more capacity per volume than stock. I guess I can live with that because the weight will be aligned with stock, but looks strange.
