  1. Very very good idea Sober! I remember there's a old mod like that: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/47228-Cryogenic-sleep-mod

not a mod but only an idea i saw it before

Would be a decent use for the normally useless liquid helium coolant eh?

liquid helium vaporize preete fast so it would be good for mid range trawel but not to interstellar ( like when u have for example multiple solar systems instaled without warp drive is preete imposible to get there withch any kerbal with life spport system and back with data)

  2. Ok, I found the answer, it's a part from the B9 mod that precludes the usage of radial intakes. Can KSPI configuration files can be changed so they don't change the heat generation of the stock jets? I understand it applies the overheat issues of the B9 Sabre engine to all jets and I'd rather avoid that.

not only b9 one of the stock inline intakes have that too ( u must turn of intake)

  3. Thanks - I think there's one in KSPI already btw, I have to do a run through of all of their stuff - although I think they do horrible things like convert Hydrogen into LFO....

So my thought was to go through KSPI/ORS and remove anything that is not used by KSPI (i.e. any demo fluff) and do a pull request.

if i good remember they make from it liquid fulel and from absorbed oxygen oxidiser...

  4. waiting for compabilyty for ex with stock intakes or interstellar ones to use precooler to extend a litlle bit abilities of them

or waiting for precooler in this mod (stock precooler is nice but look ugly why not make something fancy for thiese propose?or with other extra usage?)

there is small sense to use karbonite engienes fo SSTO in kerbin and its difficult to not burn them out in other planets

interstellar have compabillity within stock precooler it would be good to see something like that here (even if only within stack-engine)

  5. I am having a problem with the engines on my spaceplanes overheating and exploding. Has the addition of an air intake to the stock precooler "broken" it's function? Specifically, the precooler is still "active", but is the air being sucked in by the precooler itself actually being cooled?

On the same topic, this requirement for precoolers is something that has always put me off this mod. KSPI expands on stock in several cool ways, but I dislike it when mods mess with the stock mechanics themselves. Is there an easy way to disable this without ruining the rest of this mod?

U need deactivate precoler intake becouse its not coleeed( or ad another precooler to it)but yes precooler dont cool itself ( but add some extra intaket air to start witch is nice with interstellar becouse its more power fo engine)

Hey Guys! I'm new to ksp Interstellar and i'm having a problem with the accelerometer. It does not seems to override the stock ones. How can I verify if it is correct?

yes its correct u need to edit config file to use both funkcjons and once or at least remowe it from interstellar to have old one

Since 0.24.2 update i'm having problems with Interstellar. The two major problems I found (I didn't try it much since the update) were.

    - reactors don't produce anything... no heat, no particles, no nothing

    - when I'm creating a craft (either rocket or spaceplane) the Thermal Turbojet shows up as if it was running (with the flame) and has two flames: one in the right direction and one pointing down.

I've downloaded WaveFunctionP's temporary "fix", but it's not working... maybe i'm using it incorrectly?

    Help...?

Plus, is there any plan for a real fix?

try remowe EVERYTHINK( from game data folders i mean treeloader openresouser system and warp plugin) from interstellar and add fresh ones should help

  6. Solved it. I reinstalled the Karbonite mod and all working now.

I have run a few comparison tests with engines.

    Looking much better.

Flameout on the various Karbonite engines is around 24km now. Much higher than for stock engines, but the Karbonite engines pay for this (and their TWR) by having a lot less efficiency.

This will make them great if you can refuel often, but not generally a replacement for planes launched from Kerbin.

why not? u can refuel it just above atmosfere and on olmost all planets ( even before touchng ground)
  7. What is the behavior when you warp back to normal time and de-focus the part then right click again? This may be a visual artefact.

hmm... can't seem to repro it... is it consistent? The main reason these stop is if you're out of Karbonite or out of space. Not sure I understand the scoop question?

as u say now goood i loaded the same vehicle but as i fly by thae lower part is another time chenged and not chenged back( focusing not warping not focusing during chenging heigth etc )

not work show me same flow
