Using RPM with Near Future Technologies (latest versions); any idea why the navball displays this instead of the actual navball? This only occurs on the IVA for this particular cockpit (the NFT MK 3-9 or something).

Thanks mate! -
Is it just me or does the centrifuge make the game lag a bit? I have a pretty powerful rig and yet when I have a centrifuge my game tends to be very taxing on the CPU...

Am I the only one who, when thawing out a Kerbal notices that the new Kerbal is different from what they used to look like? I had my Kerbals customised in Texture Replacer but everytime I freeze a Kerbal they come out utterly different, with new faces, new suits and the like......... -
Is Laythe a nod to Lethe in Greek Mythology?
Diddly Feelerino replied to Diddly Feelerino's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I think he's satirising the purpose of the thread by mocking the overly-excessive analysis and de-construction of the names for the games various planetoids =P -
Is Laythe a nod to Lethe in Greek Mythology?
Diddly Feelerino replied to Diddly Feelerino's topic in KSP1 Discussion
That was Mmnemosyne or something. Correction, you are right (Mmnemosyne was to actually remember I think); but yet Lethe's main purpose was to bring you back to the living world from Hades. -

Surely manpower is a resource, and the most important one at that? -
Is Laythe a nod to Lethe in Greek Mythology?
Diddly Feelerino replied to Diddly Feelerino's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I always thought that the Battle of Ecnomus in the 1st Punic War was the largest (at least in terms of people involved); on paper nearly 300,000 men fought that battle. -
Just my thoughts; many of the celestial bodies in Kerbol have analogies in real life (i.e. Duna/Mars, Moho(le)/Project Mohole, Joolean/Jovian etc). As a classical historian myself, I was looking at Laythe and thought; could its name be a nod to the River Lethe in the Greek underworld? To clarify; the River Lethe was one of 5 rivers that ran in the Kingdom of Hades (the Underworld); according to Hesiod (I think) people who had served their time in the underworld would then drink from the river and be reincarnated in the world of the living in whatever shape or form. So how is it relevant to the game? Well, the River Lethe gives life/is a symbol of second life; and Laythe, being an oceanic Kerbin-like moon has arguably similar properties (in that it is a second place for "life", so to speak). What do you think? Just a bit of food for thought here..... "smokes pipe" PS - Sorry if this analogy has been suggested before!

All in the title lads; I play the game and when I goto high warp (x10,000-100,000) the electricity suddenly plummets, often resulting in a kick to normal speed and (if unlucky) a Kerbal dying from air toxicity. This is even with solar panels and battery sources on the craft. My mod list is extensive, but I have Warp Unlocked (I think thats what it's called), Near Future Solar and TAC Life Support installed; I think they're the only ones which directly affect electricity/resource consumption. Any ideas?

Hi all; I have a spaceship in my game and it appears to be glitched; in space/vacuum it constantly rotates on a counter clockwise spin, with no way to sit idle. I have to constantly tweak the craft manually to stabilise its rotation. This is even with SAS enabled. Any ideas why? Thanks in advance =) Pic related; the spacecraft in question:

[0.25] Astronomer's Visual Pack - Interstellar V2
Diddly Feelerino replied to Astronomer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Can somebody show me how to incorporate the Edge of Oblivion clouds to only affect Kerbin? I find the atmosphere to be too sparse. I tried replacing the kerbin.png file but it came out odd. Moreover, Jool/Eve/Laythe etc were adversely affected by the change. Moreover, I would love to be able to get the old sunflare back that I saw in 0.25. Has anybody got a fix for that yet? Thanks -
I have no idea why, but none of the combinations work. Trying to get this working on a fully up-to-date OPM (+ Kopernicus base) and Astronomers Interstellar (except the Kerbin and Eve clouds have been replaced by the Oblivion variants). No matter how hard I try it just doesn't work for me. Like none of the outer planets have clouds (while the original stock planets do). Any thoughts or ideas?
