  1. I landed a rover on Duna for my base. It was quite off target, it's going to be the first of three rovers to arrive.
  2. I designed and flew a new aircraft, the KJ-1A (KJ stands for Kerbal Jet). It turns really well, and it's surprisingly stable. No matter how much I try, I can't get it to flip out of control.
  3. I do whatever it takes to keep my Kerbals safe. Most of my rockets and space planes have abort systems, and I never send Kerbals on one way missions. If I send Kerbals out, I intend to bring them back.
  4. I think Duna and Ike are the easiest. Transferring to Duna is very easy, since the inclination is low, and it is quite easy to memorize the transfer window. You can aerobrake with Duna, which saves a whole lot of fuel. Parachutes help a lot too for the landing. It is also easy to lift off, because of its low gravity. Ike is easy too because you could aerobrake, and transfer to Ike that way. Touching down on Ike is easier than landing on the Mun, because of the low gravity. After taking off from Ike, you can sling off of Duna's gravity for the return.
  5. My idea of multiplayer would be simple servers with minimal plug-ins, run by an owner and administrators. There would be multiple space centers scattered all around Kerbin. People could launch from wherever they like, but if two people try to launch from the same center at the same time, one player will be help up until it's their turn. As far as time-warp goes, I don't know if it will be a global time warp, a per-player time warp or just no time warp at all. It's such a big issue because global time warp would need all players to agree to warp, which would be extremely difficult to do. Per-player time warp would throw off the time balance, so for example you could see ships zooming by in LKO while you're docking with a station. No time warp at all would require hours to years of waiting, which nobody wants to do. The best solution for the time warp issue would be making multiplayer a turn-based game, which is still not fun compared to playing simultaneously. I'm sure Squad will find a way to solve this issue. The things I would picture people doing together in KSP multiplayer would be things like space races, wars, and collaborative space programs. People would build space stations together (or destroy them), people would fly rockets and planes side-by-side, and have races on the Mun with rovers. It would be a whole lot of fun, but it won't happen for a long time.
  6. Finally did my first mission to Dres! This is also my first post to the forums, after just browsing for months.
