I'm very new to modding Kerbal Space Program, so I was wondering what the best way of applying the update is. Should I remove the old files from GameData before putting the new one in? Or can I just put the new files into the directory?

I have a small question. In the flap configuration menu (right-click) there is one option that is cut off that says "Use as spo...". What does that mean?

Is there something wrong with my install? I get to almost 470 km with the standard start rocket (1 Short Solid Fuel Booster, Command Capsule, Parachute) from the launchpad.

Is it intended that you go up to almost 470.000 km from the launchpad with the standard start rocket (1 Short Solid Fuel Booster, Command Capsule, Parachute)?
