  1. I landed on the Moon for 20th or so time, but first time in full HD , so I decided to make a video. This is from my RSS/RP0 career save. Mission architecture is combination of Constellation and Artemis from "Eyes Turned Skyward" alternate history. Landing site is Compton-Belkovich Thorium Anomaly.
  2. This is one of my lunar missions from my RSS/RP0 career. Mission architecture is a combination of the cancelled Constellation program (Ares V, lander ascent stage) and Artemis program from "Eyes Turned Skyward" alternate history (Ares I, Apollo, HAB lander, lander descent stage). This particular mission targeted the Compton-Belkovich Thorium Anomaly, also called Compton-Belkovich volcanic complex.
  3. Thank you, @winged. But why is SLS SRB so expensive? Also, one more thing about RP-0 costs that has bothered me, is that Apollo Command Module is ~6500 in Kerbal funds. Meanwhile, Orion CM costs 60000. I heard that Lockheed Martin, which is Orion's prime contractor, is sometimes called 'money blackhole'. But does it really have to be reflected in RP-0?
  4. Hello. I would like to ask for some information from 1.2.2 RP-0. I don't have access to my computer currently so I can't check this in my KSP install. I need RP-0 cost of following engines (VAB cost): RS-25 (SSME), RS-68A, J-2S, J-2X, SLS SRB and Bimodal Nuclear Thermal Rocket (the one with ~65kN, 930 isp). Thanks
  5. @MatuchkinYes, I live in Gdansk. I'm glad that you enjoyed... most of it. The building you mentioned is nicknamed "Zieleniak" , because of its greenish color (zielony = green). From ground to the roof it's 72 meters tall, same as Delta 4 Heavy, or 2 meters taller than Falcon 9 FT . You can google "Gdansk zieleniak" to get the sense of its scale, since it's not worth to send any images of that ugly thing here.
  6. I use an AJ10-190 from SSTU mod, it has unlimited relights and also has gimbal. It works really good on my Apollo Block V.
  7. Aestus engine is added by both AIES and Ven Stock Revamp mods. XLR81 is from FASA and SXT mods. And also, AJ10-190 all the way :D.
  8. Cassini mission from my RP-0 career. Warning, 153 images in album. https://m.imgur.com/a/fvBWv
  9. So this is a little something I have done as a part of my RSS/RO/RP-0 career playthrough. I never thought that I would get so far on a single save. But somehow I got to the 1990s and the opportunity to launch a probe to Saturn using Venus-Venus-Earth-Jupiter Gravity Assist was getting closer. And with the real Cassini mission getting to an end I decided to fly the mission in my career save. I've done research on Cassini, specifically its journey to Saturn. It was tedious but I found dates for launch, every flyby and the deep space maneuver and also how the orbit should look between each flyby. I flew the mission in my career save so it was actually months between the launch and arrival at Saturn. The launch was on March 14th 2017, and it arrived on September 19th 2017, four days after the real Cassini mission has ended. This isn't a perfect recreation of Cassini-Huygens. I added a second probe, which entered Saturn's atmosphere and the orbiter has more bipropellant and monopropellant fuel. This resulted in launch mass 1200 kilograms larger than real Cassini. @rev_dudeSo here it is, the Cassini-Huygens-Kronos mission to Saturn. I'm warning you that the album contains 151 images. And please forgive me for the crappy resolution. https://imgur.com/a/fvBWv
