Hi there! I made a mod! It does things! Here is what it does. Parts added: Compressed Air Engine: A simple engine that compresses filtered air using electricity, and exhausts it out a tiny nozzle. It has many different uses. Now, we don't quite know what those uses are, so if you find out what those are, be sure to tell us. Advanced Compressed Air Engine: "Like Compressed Air Engine with Advanced!" -Machinima The ACA engine runs off a mix of filtered air, monoprop, and electricty. The "brilliant minds" behind this engine said that it needs monoprop because "It would be 'OP' if it was just flat out better than the basic compressed air engine", whatever that means. An unintended sideffect of this is that it makes the air compress better, so yay? Nuclear Thermal Ramjet: Okay, its actually more like a scramjet, our engineers thought that ramjet sounded cooler. Anyways, this state of the art uses filtered air, heats it up to 'like a gazillion degrees' using a nuclear heating system, then exhausts it out the back. It needs to be moving pretty darn fast before it produces much thrust. Also, it LOVES to overheat. Also, it can only throttle down to 75% of full thrust. Good luck! Advanced Hybrid Engine Precooler: When one of our engineers was trying to solve the problem of how to make the Nuclear Ramjet less explode-y during his lunch break, he found out that his food was a bit to hot, so he blew on it to cool it down. This gave him the idea to "Blow really hard on the engine" to cool it down. No one could take him seriously due to how he had phrased his proposal, so, instead he just made a really fast fan, hooked it up to a fridge, then stuck it in an aerodynamic case. Also, it seems that it cools more efficiently when it moves faster. That engineer's idea wasn't completely full of hot air. Deoxygenizer: Turns IntakeAir into IntakeAtm. Advanced Deoxygenizer: Now with 25% less resource wasting! (turns IntakeAir into IntakeAtm AND oxidizer) Reoxygenizer: IntakeAtm and oxidizer goes in, IntakeAir comes out. You can't explain that! (Its okay, neither can we.) Here are some pictures Anyways, here is the DL: KerbalStuff! Licence: CC-BY 4.0 Internationals Attributions: The Community Resource Pack, to make this mod play nicely with others (RoverDude) Regolith, for the converters (Also Roverdude) A few models borrowed from Ven's Stock Part Revamp (Ven) ModuleManager, (Sarbian) This is my first attempt at making a mod, so please let me know what you think.

COntrary to popular beleif, there actually are N-body physics in the kerbal universe, its just that the kerbals visciously denied their existence so much that they actually changed the laws of physics in their solar system.

My "OMG This Game Is Amazing" Moment!
temporalExile replied to ProStasisX's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I remember my second mun lander. It didn't have enough Delta-V to get back to Kerbin. I was too much of a noob for a rescue mission at the time, so I thought about just flying the kerbal back to kerbin, and landing him on his head. Then I realized that kerbals can push things. Ksp hasn't been the same since. -

Guys, it's not tomorrow. There was approximately 20 days between 0.25 experimental and the release. 0.90 experimentals were announced on December 3rd. So It should be done around the 23rd, however, they'll probably delay it until Christmas. Edit: Actually, the 23rd is still valid, since it's a Tuesday, as pointed out by the poster below me

So basically, post embarrassing things about you. It can be KSP related, although real life is preferred. I'll go first: One time I ate chocolate bar and took a crap at the same time. I pee outside more often than I do inside. I'm a brony

[0.90] StarSystems v0.7 (Dec 15) - Under New Managment
temporalExile replied to medsouz's topic in KSP1 Mod Development
I would just like to thank you for saving this mod, and also congratulate you on the first completely new feature! The accommodations you made for planet packs were pretty cool, and simplified things quite a bit, but this is completely new, and wasn't possible in the original version. Also, I can finally give you some more rep, so YAY! Anyways, I'm looking forward to more awesomeness from you . -
I think a progression of how the game has changed from the original release to the final one would be pretty awesome.
