Got a Ore collector landed at Dres totally refuelled. What is the best way to save Delta-V to enter Jool from Dres? Is it better to match inclination to Jool once outside Dres gravity well? Or should I just stay in Dres orbit and burn to Jool and then correct inclination at jool gravity well? Want to land at Pol.

Ok, I want to use the middle mouse button to pan the camera. The problem is that somehow the middle mouse button which activates panning stops working, this is primarily a software issue as the middle mouse button still works in every other medium. Then I realised this game does not allow binding of the mouse, despite being able to bind pretty much every other peripheral, I find that ridiculous. It would be great if you can create a script for it. As the middle mouse button does not work for KSP, but I don't think autohotkey will be enough . Its not as simple. Currently there is a shortcut for panning. It is LeftShift+arrow keys. Each arrow key dictate the direction to pan, so creating an autohotkey script to fix the "bug" won't work as the middle mouse button is a single key. I would say its a bug as its a fresh install but still the middle mouse button does not activates panning, but this would all had been solved if KSP actually allows us to configure shortcuts and keybindings. I also took a look at the settings.cfg, can't find where to rebind mouse panning.

Trying to rebind the middle mouse button, because that button is somehow used for dragging. This is very useful when building. KSP does not allow shortcuts or bindings for mouse, which I personally find pathetic, its my personal opinion take it as that as it should had been sorted before it came out of early excess. Also yes its pretty unusual as most PC games especially in this category "simulation" offers comprehensive keybindings, especially for the mouse of all peripheral since everyone who uses a PC have it, and there is nothing wrong complaining about it or pointing to the issue

Except there are distinct mouse buttons which activates distinct commands. and I can't find that in the settings.cfg. For example the panning command. Kerbal space program having no rebindable mouse buttons is pathetic really for a PC game. I thought it would had been fixed months ago before it releases from early excess.

Somehow my middle mouse button stopped working. I can't pan in the VAB anymore. I also cannot scroll to zoom in and out. I find it wierd. It used to work, but now without any changes I think no working anymore. Just to be clear I can use the scroll wheel and middle mouse button everywhere else. E.g desktop, other games etc. Same thread, but with no mods installed now.

IMO with the inclusion of cruise control, this is the best auto flight mod ever. Such a breeze to fly my ssto out of Kerbins atmosphere with this mod, no more constant key presses. -
I would like to build more SSTOs, but the most pressing limiting factor is the LAG.

So I downloaded this mod, it did not work or I don't know how to activate it. So I am guessing it is only for Ion engines right? Because my ship have nuclear engines.

Is there a way to permanently turn off allowStructuralFailures ? Currently I have to turn it off every time I load into a save game. Would be great if it just saved, and thus defaults to off.- 14,073 replies

I think that would be pretty fast, I created a plane with similar lines and went 1300 m/s in thick kerbin atmosphere lol. So far I feel like new FAR plane designs reward more middle Centre of Mass planes instead of the Centre Of mass being at the rear that favours delta shaped planes. So Skylone shaped planes would be the best for speed.- 14,073 replies

@komodo just tried that setting, holy .... it works! Normal FPS. Tested an assortment of settings. sm3 shaders with fast rendering = Works! Sm3 Shaders with Simple and above rendering = Fps cut in half when looking at horizon, Turning Off Sm3 shaders with any rendering setting = Works. @Sal_Vager Here are the logs and Dxdiag http://mega.co.nz/#F!ztVwFYCa!2isy1XixJ3WgMQOsGzLXUg
