  1. Is it even near a fairing or cargo bay? That's probably your problem, things even slightly clipping with a fairing or cargo bay will quickly explode. It's a well-know bug, it destroyed my orion and constellation landers aeroshells.
  2. *facepalms 300 billion times in a row* Because food grown in orbit is totally interstellar, right? Well, according to my local news station, it is... Also, food that has been grown in space doesn't count, because it wasn't eaten.
  3. That's what I was imagining, as that's the current state of Mars exploration. Yes.
  4. Well, I'm doing something right! Or did you see it before I changed the image to one without the name of it right there?
  5. Don't worry about predictions from me, I don't recognize the parody. Another set of great panels! That "It'll be just like" line really got me.
  6. Wow! There are some very interesting and detailed responses! I guess, since I haven't said anything yet, I would pick somewhere near Yellowstone, or a similarly geologically active place, or perhaps somewhere in the amazon for maximum biological diversity. In some ways, you could say that the ocean is the most interesting, as it has such diversity, but it is spread out so much. Since I'm imagining something like the mars rovers, we're not talking about covering even 40 miles. Of course, the amazon would be very hard for rovers or robotic probes to cover, so maybe a desert makes the most sense? Really, though, my point is that rovers have explored so little. If you saw even a couple of these places, you still would be missing so much of life/geology/stuff on earth. There could be something like Carlsbad caverns or the giants' causeway on mars! I can't wait to see what every new rover turns up with!
  7. True... Hmm, that looks good, but a bit pixelated. The way it's been pulled apart though... Maybe, but I think it makes more sense to just have one.
  8. I just read this article: http://www.americaspace.com/?p=85212 And the places where they're thinking of landing are interesting, but what really hit me was this: If you could land on just one place on earth, assuming that there are no humans, where would you land? And how much could you discover, even if you landed on the single most scientifically interesting place? Just something to think about.
  9. Or disturbing imagery: Thanks(?) to Potatto for this............. thing?
  10. If anyone feels that their craft is missed because of any kind of time-zone difference, or any kind of difference in when spacecraft fridays is put up, tell me.
  11. Wow! I just heard about you guys! Welcome, and I hope you share some of your realism overhaul designs in the spacecraft exchange.
  12. No, it looks nice and smooth. TUBM Sleeps with their beard on top of the blankets. (If you don't have a beard, you just lost the game(If you don't know what the game is, now you'll hate me forever))
  13. You're welcome, sorry I can't promise anything. Hmm, a video thing could be interesting... Time zones: Personally, I think that releasing it on Friday night local time for whomever is doing it this week. I think that will work.
  14. Or perhaps Sci-Fi action? With interstellar installed, of course.
