  1. Tested on KSP 1.6.1 and 1.7, clean installs for both test. Trait icons don't appear, log file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4tekual4my67yu1/output_log.txt?dl=0
  2. Ah so if CTI is there it will automatically use it. Must be some kind of mod conflict then, I'll see if I can figure out whats gone wrong. Thanks for your help
  3. I know I'm probably missing something really obvious, but I can't figure out how to enable the Community Trait Icons compatibility. In the 1.4.5.7 patch notes you mention its optional, but I cant seem to find the option (I have CTI 1.1.1 installed along with KCT 1.4.6.4)
  4. I get the warning when I try to use ScienceAlert, I get the NullReferenceException when I right click on the part to collect science. Happens any time I use the DMagic stock experiments of US, normal stock science parts seem to be fine (I cant really progress up the tech tree anymore to see if the standard DMagic do it, I'll copy my save and give myself a boat load of points so I can test other parts if need be). Yeap, actually splashed down on Kerbin, happens in all biomes though, haven't even started interacting with asteroids yet. Update: Seems I was leading you on a bit of red herring there, I started systematically removing mods, it wasnt US or ScienceAlert, when I find the mod to blame I'll let you and the other mod maker know. Update 2: It seems to be a problem with either version of Interstellar, but things seem a bit up in arms with those mods so I'll ditch it, might try near future
  5. Love the mod, unfortunately I'm having some issues combining the latest version of this mod with the latest version of Universal Storage and ScienceAlert ScienceAlert, Experiment mysteryGoo@KerbinSrfSplashedWater just became available! Total potential science onboard currently: 0 (Cap is 5.2, threshold is Unresearched, current sci is 0, expected next report value: 4) (Filename: C:/BuildAgent/work/d63dfc6385190b60/artifacts/StandalonePlayerGenerated/UnityEngineDebug.cpp Line: 49) NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at DMagic.DMModuleScienceAnimate.makeScience (Single boost) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at DMagic.DMModuleScienceAnimate.runExperiment () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at DMagic.DMModuleScienceAnimate+<WaitForAnimation>d__3.MoveNext () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 (Filename: Line: -1) ScienceAlert, Failed to invoke "DeployExperiment" using GetType(), falling back to base type after encountering exception System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at DMagic.DMModuleScienceAnimate.makeScience (Single boost) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at DMagic.DMModuleScienceAnimate.runExperiment () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at DMagic.DMModuleScienceAnimate.DeployExperiment () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at (wrapper managed-to-native) System.Reflection.MonoMethod:InternalInvoke (object, object[],System.Exception&) at System.Reflection.MonoMethod.Invoke (System.Object obj, BindingFlags invokeAttr, System.Reflection.Binder binder, System.Object[] parameters, System.Globalization.CultureInfo culture) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at System.Reflection.MonoMethod.Invoke (System.Object obj, BindingFlags invokeAttr, System.Reflection.Binder binder, System.Object[] parameters, System.Globalization.CultureInfo culture) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.MonoType.InvokeMember (System.String name, BindingFlags invokeAttr, System.Reflection.Binder binder, System.Object target, System.Object[] args, System.Reflection.ParameterModifier[] modifiers, System.Globalization.CultureInfo culture, System.String[] namedParameters) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Type.InvokeMember (System.String name, BindingFlags invokeAttr, System.Reflection.Binder binder, System.Object target, System.Object[] args) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at ScienceAlert.ExperimentObserver.Deploy () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  6. Could your wife give us the procedure? Perhaps someone else could figure it out then
  7. It may very well that I'm using it wrong, but it seems fairly self explanatory. JAW->Start Vaporising, Rock to Karbonite Converter->Start Conversion. I have sufficient space (even added an external Karbonite tank to be sure), and should have enough battery power to run through the night, but maybe I miscalculated? EDIT: Here's my setup Left handside has the JAW and an OKS module (Kerbitat). Right hand side: Fuel Hatch (Karbonite), Extraction Module (Karbonite), KB-4650 Karbonite Tank. Extraction Module is active, if I switch on the JAW, switch to a vessal outside of physics range and immeditely switch back, JAW is off, Extractor is still on
  8. Is it possible for the JAW to continue working when the vessel is inactive? I've been wanting to use this in conjunction with Karbonite to build up a fuel reserve in orbit while working on other projects, but every time I come back to the asteroid the JAW is off.
