Update. Ultra refueling. Delivery to the station "Ultra" components the docking system and fuel, needed for ascent to keostationary. Apart from the rather large size, it is the ordinary rocket. 4 booster connected asparagus (they raised the station and later parachuted) + central cargo unit, filled half the hundreds of tons of fuel, power plant (aka Solar Observatory), one large and two small drones + universal docking station.
