  1. No, that's the thing, I *am* on 1.0.5, but the "1.1 compatible mods" are seeming to break on 1.0.5; I've downgraded several mods already. *smacks forehead* Thank you,
  2. Downgraded Barn Kit to 1.1.4, and reinstalled Strategia; now works. Except I still don't have Walt or Gus... Kind of annoying that authors are pushing stuff to CKAN for newer versions before they're released :/
  3. On the thought that Module Manager 2.6.20 (which was build for 1.1) was the issue, downgraded to 2.6.18. Same issue. Logs: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4Rt7Cyo760PTXhzYjVkSDNSTlk/view?usp=sharing
  4. Is version 1.1.5.0 supposed to say "build for version 0.25"? It's kind of odd to see that in the startup screen.
  5. Module Manager: 2.6.20 (from CKAN) Contract Configurator: 1.9.11_KSP1.0.5
  6. Installed this to an on-going 1.0.5 career game. No other mods to strategy system. 1) Don't have Walt or Gus in my building 2) Can't take any of the options, tells me I can accept 0 strategies. Building is level 1 (not upgraded at all). Custom Barn Kit: 1.1.5.0 Strategia: 1.1.1
  7. Sorry if this has been asked before, but is there a way to get the Fight Computer without the rest of RT? I really like that thing.
  8. Using "*" would do that just as easily and cause less headache when a blank line slips in at the beginning or end of the file.
  9. So this is an issue I see on my installs as I get lots of spacecraft up with complex missions and deep into the game - middle-late game. I'll load up a game and I'll be at the KSC, but at a strange angle, as if I was looking over it off to one side directly over the roofs. None of the controls or buttons will work, exception ESC menu. I can sometimes fix this with a reload, sometimes not. It eventually gets worse forcing me to start over from a clean install. Windows 7 / 4GB / x32 / 1.0.4 / a bunch of mods, happens over many different installs
  10. @Ven: Are you fixing: 1) TR-8A Stack Decoupler -> TR-8A Radial Decoupler? 2) AVC not thinking it compatible w/ 1.0.4?
  11. Small bug: The script parses a blank line as matching EVERYTHING. So it should ignore blank lines.
  12. Oh, I might have missed that, or it might have been added since I started using StockPlugins =)
  13. I thought this as well. You get the same impulse regardless of instant or controlled decompression. - - - Updated - - - They were VASMIR in the books. The author even makes a point about getting geeky over VASMIR drives in his comments about the book.
  14. I don't buy that explanation; everything else mission critical on the ship is done by remote. They mention the engines/flight/guidance checks being done from someone's cabin in the book! You might have to say YES, YES, I REALLY DAMN MEAN IT, but you should be able to do it. It also makes sense so you can force *close* them remotely.
  15. My largest complaint with the film - which is also with the book, I just finished reading it - was the Hermes not having remote controlled airlocks, forcing them to make a bomb to cause explosive decompression. Seriously?! Most advanced spaceship ever made and they can't unlock the airlocks by remote?!
  16. Well, there was blowing himself up trying to make water
  17. No; for that you want Smart Parts - - - Updated - - - So I noticed that my coms like to connect to manned craft over the KSC. Is there a way to force connections to KSC and to ignore manned craft as control stations? (And no, I'm not using a craft with a Command Station; none of my craft even have 6 kerbals on them) You can see here that my unmanned probe is connecting to to KSC, but to my lab in orbit around Minmus. That craft has only 4 Kerbals total. - - - Updated - - - So apparently ALL of my probes have "Remote Command capable (2+ crew)" listed in the description. Anyone know how that's possible?
  18. So this happens to me: 1) I reply to a thread 2) I reply again to the same thread on a different topic/issue 3) It edits my first post to combine the two How can I stop this from happening?
  19. Funny part is that it is actually called "MiniRadialDecoupler" in the config file. You can edit the name yourself by editing \GameData\VenStockRevamp\Part Bin\ExtraDecouplers.cfg
  20. VenStockRevamp is currently being shown by AVC to not yet be compatible with 1.0.4; could this be fixed?
  21. Edit: Nevermind; found that the script assumes the files will always been in a folder inside the base-level directory.
  22. Saw The Martian tonight. Decent movie. Glossed over some science stuff we can't do yet, but nothing crazy. My only major complaint is that every space movie has the crew telling mission control to .... themselves, they're doing whatever they like
