  1. The problem is there is no subcategory in this folder in Windows.
  2. Is there a quick way to move subassembly to subassembly - subcategory ?
  3. Ok. Where should I upload this file ? P.S. I got moded install.
  4. Sorry for posting in the wrong place. I got my quicksaves copied in "save" folder. So i can go back to older saves. When last quicksave is loaded i can not quicksave again. If i use older versions e.g. from 2 hours ago F5 does work.
  5. I got a problem with quicksave. I can not save - F5 doesn't work. Restart doesn't help. It looks like one of the quicksave is broken because on the other one there is no problem. Does anybody got any solution for this problem ?
  6. Haven't used these mods yet but they are on my "give it a try" list. My goal was to build a base without mod parts. But i did it and i'll try some new parts soon. Still docking is only one part of the problem. Drop of FPS is another. Every new part causes huge drop of performance.
  7. I tried this one. Didn't help... I think we must wait for future updates. For now the only solution I see is to divide our bases for small parts.
  8. Maybe not perfectly flat surface is the problem. I think it could be a little wavy... P.S. Now i checked than when i dock from the bottom of one of modules (i got two types of construction rovers: 1-docking from bottom of parts 2- docking from the side) base doesn't jump ! So why is that ?! i don't understand it anymore....
  9. Thank You for reply. It's fact that it jumps during loading. But the biggest problem are jumps during docking. It destroys base, struts and rover wheels. I thought there is a way to do something about it ? If not maybe the best solution is to divide base for segments, not connected to each other.
  10. it's not like 500m more like 200. Usually it's 20-50. But still.... Doesn't matter how high it jumps when it's not constructed for jumps. Yes - My base is on struts. Now it's jumping even when I'm not attaching anything. Plus it also moving - 0,3-2 m/s but the movement is unnoticeable. Some photos of base and one of it's low jumps:
  11. There was a thread about this problem - but it was 2,5 years ago. Maybe something has changed. My base jumps a few hundred meters up when I dock something new. Is there any solution for this problem ?
  12. Is it possible for KSP to consider my future nodes of ship A, when doing a randezvous maneuver by Ship B ? The problem is that at the moment when it's time for Ship's B maneuver, Ship A got 2 maneuver nodes coming in e.g. 20 and 40 minutes... So is there any way for KSP to take Ship A maneuver into account during calculation of randezvous point ?
  13. Does anybody know what this function does in KAC ? - reuse existing alarm if node within x(s) ? It's in Stettings -> Specifics _> Wrap to alarms. I can't understand what is it...
  14. Ok then. I must admit it's not easy, but it was some kind of challenge for me. I've constructed rovers with struts, landing wheels and more than one fuel tanks - I've balanced them with fuel pumped, from rear tank to front one and back - this way i can align any ports in reasonably non flat surface... For balance the best are Ore tanks because they are heavy - and affects your rover really noticeably. But still - you have to do some tests on your "playground". Without "revert flight" and "recover vessel" options my base would look like a junkyard.
  15. I'm building my third surface base. I always have had a problem to align wheels of my construction vehicles witch struts of the buildings. It's necessary to align these two - otherwise docking ports on vehicles and buildings will not align. The main problem is suspension of vehicles working differently under various loads. Buildings usually keep their height when I lock suspension (unless the suspension is overloaded). So do You have any idea or trick how to measure these stuff in VAB without hours of tests ? Thx in advance.
  16. Is it possible to do a loop of parts ? I made it with docking ports but is it possible to loop for example beams ? Is it possible to do a square with beams or other parts ? I always have a problem with last part which must connect two other parts...
  17. Thank You. I'm heading there now
  18. I was wondering is there in KSP any kind of log or something like that ? Sometimes i can't catch the messages popping out, like - You are entering (...) sector". Thanks in advance
  19. Hello everyone. That's my first registration on forum realted with any game. After playing for 2 weeks i see that KSP is so complex that it's time to ask for some advices, opinions and help
